Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
1. Canceling an Order
Once you confirm your choice and pay at our vending machine, the order cannot be stopped or canceled.
2. Standard Returns
If you receive your item and decide you want to return it, you can! However, please note that a return fee will be charged. We do not give full 100% refunds just for a change of mind. (Please note: The item must stay in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.)
3. Machine Errors
We want your experience to be perfect. If the machine makes a mistake, it is not your fault. We will give you a 100% full refund or exchange in these situations:
- You paid, but got nothing: If your payment went through but the machine did not drop the item, please contact us right away. We will check the machine’s system and refund your money completely.
- You got the wrong item: If the machine drops the wrong piece of item, let us know immediately. We will exchange it for the correct one for free. (Please note: The item must stay in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging to be exchanged.)
